PPP - Childcare worker – full/part-time posts available – salary dependent upon experience and qualification

Staff need to use their imagination, and engage with the children, allowing them to develop age appropriate skills. Children are outside every day, exploring, investigating and having fun, staff need to be adaptable to deliver activities to meet the interests of the children at that time.
Health and safety, risk assessments and the ability to evidence through our framework the learning journeys of each child is essential.

Staff must be able to communicate, not only with the children, but parents and other staff members, to provide a seamless service to the child.

Having access to a car is beneficial for the part time position, but not essential. For a full time position it is essential. Excellent computer skills are preferred, the ability to use a computer is essential.
