We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful counter assistant to resolve customer queries, finalise orders and positively involve themselves in all other aspects of the showroom.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent customer service and to be available to deliver a great service, communicate effectively with customers, good knowledge of industrial products is an advantage but training will be given, resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner, provide support to HSS counter and other duties which are appropriate to the post as may be reasonably requested by the line manager, competent in the use of computer applications, stock control/audit, to work on an electronic point of sale, manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, all showroom stock priced, stock coded and date rotated, meeting performance targets when applied, complying with industry regulations, health and safety legislation, policy and procedures.
