Pulteneytown People’s Project is looking for a Corporate Administrator with Finance experience to join their corporate team (full time 36 hours or job share considered 2 x part time 18 hour posts)

Within this team, the responsibilities include all aspects of HR, submitting tenders, contract monitoring, finance and ensuring that PPP adheres to legislative requirements to run its services. PPP currently provides services that include a training centre, housing support, care @ home, Telford’s café, childcare services, centre facilities, as well as office space.

The successful candidate will be involved in admin related activities in respect of the above. The right candidate will be confident in recording financial transactions, including invoicing, recording payments, recording takings, reconciliation and providing financial reports amongst other finance related tasks. We have just transferred to Xero for recording our finance so any experience in this would be beneficial but is not essential. They should also have excellent computer skills as well as proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages, Excel particularly as maintaining and creating spreadsheets will form much of the daily workload alongside the use of Xero and our rota and HR packages. The day to day job varies and includes financial processes as well as other corporate admin related tasks, including but not limited to; funding claims, collecting and recording stats and collating figures for our 4 weekly Care @ Home invoicing.

The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as have excellent team work skills. They will manage their own daily workload, prioritising effectively to keep within timescales.

Salary is £15, 369.12 – £ 15, 912.00 per annum, pro rata, dependent upon experience and skills.
