Wick Kelp - Shore, The Scottish Seaweed Co - Seaweed Puffs

Just been to the Allergy and Free From Show at the SECC in Glasgow and amongst all the stalls there was a stall with - a small version of the John O'Groats signpost - this obviously attracted my attention.

Seaweed picked around Wick, made into vegan puffs somewhere in Northern Ireland, for a firm New Wave Foods based in Alness - flavours I bought were
1.Thai Chilli,
2. Sweet and Smoky,
3. Lime, Chilli and Coconut
4. Sea salt and Balsamic

Have not opened the packets yet but did taste them at the stand - and even got a free cotton bag with KELP ME on one side and

THE SCOTTISH SEAWEED CO.

First time I have seen these - looking forward to trying them soon.

Just to let you know - only had one packet last night - the Thai Chilli - enjoyed it and I can definitely taste a kelpy taste and the thai chilli is just a slight chilli so went down a treat. Will definitely buy them again if I see them.
They look the size of cheezey puffs that one of the children I take out loves but other than that the similarity ends
