We are looking for an experienced administrator to join HIE, working as part of a project team to support the delivery of the UK’s Vertical Space Launch Project.

You will also work with international partners as well as national stakeholders to co-ordinate a wide range of activities to ensure the project continues to move at a significant pace.

Some of the activities include arranging internal and external meetings, writing compelling marketing material, monitoring and reporting on budgets, and providing updates on project progress.

Previous experience of working in an administration role as part of a project or programme team is essential, as is the ability to balance a varied workload. You will also be a strong team player, equally comfortable working on your own initiative.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. You will also have a keen eye for detail and have a proven track record in producing high quality written work. A high standard of IT literacy is a key requirement, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
