Board members wanted

It's frightening to see that some are asking for board members for a organisation that has stated that they don't want their customers on that board . Dounreay UKEAE management must be turning in their graves at the thought of what is happening .

Customers should never be allowed on a board and any self respecting chair person would know this. Particularly if those customers were then able to access information that would influence how they make money from said organisation. Thats a clear conflict of interest and it would make the person on the board almost completely useless in their capacity as a board member as they would have to be excluded from nearly every meeting and vote.

Public boards are subject to data access requests and as such need to be more mindful of their practise & conduct these days. A good thing for everyone.
