Denchi Power Ltd are looking for an Electronics Support Engineer to control their manufacturing debug/repair area. The role involves analysing inoperative PCB's to ascertain the source of faults, following up appropriately and providing assistance on repair. In addition the role provides support to the Production and Engineering departments as required.

Main Duties

  • Electronic fault finding to PCB component level
  • Investigating and assisting with manufacturing build rejects
  • Reading and understanding Electronics drawings/schematics
  • Providing general support to the manufacturing department when required

Skills and experience

  • Degree in an Electronic discipline (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent technical problem-solving capability
  • Report Writing
  • Team player
  • Good working knowledge of product testing methodologies and PCB assembly test processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft packages
  • Knowledge of microcontroller and power supply circuits
  • Soldering experience

Salary base on experience
Hours of work: 37.5. Pattern to be agreed. Either, Mon - Thurs 0800 - 1700, Fri 0800 - 12.30 or Mon - Fri 0700 -1500.
