You must have a friendly outgoing personality with the ability to engage with customers and hotel guests and customers making them feel welcome in our hotel, bar and restaurant.

You will be required to cover bar, restaurant and reception duties along with leading our front of house team in a positive manner.

The job is a hands on, customer facing position that will need the highest level of service, organisation, attention to detail, commitment and leadership skills.
You must be reliable and able to work under pressure in a team environment and be confident enough to make decisions in situations that may arise.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years customer service and hospitality experience. Excellent salary based on experience and performance, plus gratuities and bonus.
