Assistant Manager

Job Description
As the Assistant Manager you will be in charge of all departments in the absence of the General Manager. You will ensure that all standards are maintained throughout the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
Reception/Reservations Front of House and Rooms
Coordination of all Departments
Customer Relations
Food & Beverage Distribution
End of day reports and cashing up

Daily/General Duties
To assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
To ensure all guests receive a truly warm “Highland” welcome and are treated to the upmost hospitality and care during their stay.
To ensure the smooth operation of all departments throughout the day.
To supervise, motivate and assist in training of the team.
To ensure that all complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally.
Social Media Management

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role.
HNC/HND in Tourism or equivalent.

Terms and Conditions
Salary - Salary negotiable on experience
40 hours per week including weekends & evenings (Longer Hours in summer/Shorter in winter)
