Pulteneytown People’s Project is looking for a Corporate Office Administrative Assistant to join their corporate team.

Within this post, the responsibilities include some aspects of HR, finance, and general office admin. PPP currently provides services that include a training centre, housing support, care @ home, Telford’s café, childcare services, centre facilities, as well as office space.

The successful candidate will be involved in admin related activities in respect of the above. The right candidate will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages, Excel particularly as maintaining and creating spreadsheets will form much of the daily workload alongside the use of Sage Accounts where support will be given to learn the system. The day-to-day job varies and can include financial processes as well as other corporate admin related tasks, including but not limited to; collating timesheets, mileage, collecting and recording stats and answering telephone calls and directing them to the relevant department. The right candidate will be dynamic and keen to develop and widen their skills and experience base, working with support from our senior team.

The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as have excellent teamwork skills. They will manage their own daily workload, prioritising effectively to keep within timescales.

We are seeking someone who can work well within a loyal and innovative team, help to support staff when required and be flexible on occasion to meet additional workloads.
