Salary Scale: £33,251 TO £36,354 pro rata per annum
Are you interested in being part of the East Sutherland Integrated Health And Social Care Team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to apply for this social work post working within the Integrated team to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across Sutherland.
The successful applicant will support adults with complex needs due to conditions such as learning disabilities, substance misuse, mental health issues, physical illness/disability, acquired brain injury, dementia or old age.
A driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required
Applicants should be registered with the Scottish Social Services council on the ‘ Social worker’ part of the register and also hold a qualification that is recognised by the SSSC as being equivalent to the Diploma in social work (DipSW).
This post will be based at the Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie but you will be expected to travel across the whole of Sutherland.
