An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to join a National Construction organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.

The project is based at Spittal substation and the role is full time offering a competitive hourly rate dependant on skill set and previous experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Site Manager/HSEQ Advisor
  • Minute taking at meetings
  • Arrange staff training
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Carry out weekly plant and fleet checks with the site manager
  • Process weekly timesheets
  • General ad hoc admin duties as required

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within a construction environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proactive and self-organised
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
