Customer Services Co-ordinator

Pulteneytown People’s Project is expanding its team and we are recruiting for a Customer Services Co-ordinator position in our busy centre in Huddart Street, Wick.

The successful candidate will work within the reception-based customer service team, and duties will include working with the public, signposting to services, taking payments, visual displays at reception, banking, handling room bookings, setting/clearing up of functions and events and general reception duties. Shifts will include a weekend rotation and an evening session per week.

Over 1200 people come through our doors each week; being the first point of contact excellent people and communication skills are a must.
The successful candidate will be professional, organised and provide excellent customer care with an eye for detail, and good organisational skills. Excellent customers services skills and telephone manner are essential alongside computer skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint. Ability to work on your own initiative is essential, and adhering to finance procedures.

£11,050 per annum for a 25 hr rota. There will be one evening a week/fortnight and a rotation of Saturday working 9.30am – 5.00pm.
