If white lines were not considered necessary the Council would not spend money painting them.
Never understood why they resurface a road but seem to forget the lines. We could be waiting a while.

White lining has been a problem for many years. The council does not have a machine of its own. The jobs are contracted out and for some years it has often been a problem to get the machine up north.

It took 'e cooncil how long to repair the road? They've done well. Give 'em a chance. Word has it the road will be white lined by 27th July 2021.
A 1991 Gallup survey indicated that 49 percent of Americans didn't know that white bread is made from wheat.
