    Default BT Broadband

    Hi i have just moved house and had bt infinity 2 installed as in my last house but i was getting slow speeds so called BT and they said i should be getting 60/70mb speeds . BT sent out an engineer today but he was unable to make sense of the so-called fault he then went to check the speed at the cabinet we are connected to and returned saying the cabinet had been relocated down to the exchange in thurso meaning that the maximum speed available here now is only 26MB yet the bt websits still says 72 to 80mb for here .

    I have BT Infinity advertised at up to 38mb/sec. It started off at about that but has been steadily throttled back to about 13 mb/sec now. BT are simply dishonest.
