    Yet again HRC will try and make one size shoe fit all .its about time they learnt that what is good for Inverness and district is not for rural and wider area housing needs. What we have is the "Gernhill effect" ,self appointed committee ask the questions but really don't want any answers as they have already made the decision . Bring back town councill's .
