My Neighbour was coming up the A9 this afternoon and a Motorcycle passed him near Brora travelling North, as it did so a bag fell off the back, inside are some Registration Documents that say the Motorcycle belongs or belonged to someone in Elgin,( the New Keeper part had been torn out).
All he could say was that the Rider was wearing an Orange Jacket.
Is it anyone on here or does anyone know who it was ???? so they can be returned
