We are looking for an individual with drive to be part of a team which helps disadvantaged young people prepare to progress into work or further education. You will be able to engage and motivate the groups as they complete project work designed to help them develop essential skills.

In collaboration with the rest of the Personal Empowerment Programme (PEP) team you will help individuals identify their development needs and future career aspirations and support them as they work towards developing required skills.

You will be required to liaise with a range of staff across the college to facilitate student progression from PEP onto other courses and into work.

This is a fixed term position for one year. Hours of work will be 6 per week, split over two mornings.

Salary range: 24,580 - 35,720 perannum. Initial appointment within the range will be dependent upon skills and experience.
