Marks and Spencer loyalty card is available to collect in store, then register online to get points for purchases, reviews etc., Getting to the shop poses a problem living in Caithness. Went on live chat today and they were adamant could only get card in store.....until I told them Boots, Superdrug and Sainsbury`s nectar work online too. Name and address exchanged and within minutes card has been promised within a week. Such a pity I didn`t do the chat before the order.

Thought I would share as there must be other M and S online shoppers in Caithness.
