    can anyone tell me why the barrier is around wick council office for week , wires sticking out the ground just taped off and no one working on it

    Their installing an electric chair for all the non council tax payers and brown bin finers ,pity it's not for Councillors that don't do the right thing for the community.

    starfish, perhaps you could ask the Council. You are more likely to get a sensible reply from them.

    only one electric chair?......but there are loads of councillors and council tax non-payers......why stop there? why not include some of e' orgers in the line for the electric chair? i'd happily put 50p in the meter to see a few fry......oops, you mean stair lifts? :-)

    It's to be green energy from a wind turbine ,which means that the £150 subsidy we all pay could see some paying to electrocute themselves . That 50p could pay for some sparklers before the main event.
