    Default new bridge over Wick River

    So the latest is it will not go ahead because it cost too much. I don't understand why they have to replace the whole bridge. Why not just replace the wooden strats? The concrete founds look solid enough.

    And it was going to cost as much as the Killimster Moss road. Someone somewhere isn't doing their job right.
