    Default See And Be Seen

With the deep winter being a couple of days away and the days at their shortest could I urge dog walkers and parents consider to wear some sort of HI VIZ when walking on unpaved roads.

When I travel to work in the morning it comes as a shock to see folk appear out of the dark and gloom without warning, I don't drive fast, but some drivers pass me as if I am stood still and fear for pedestrians that are not seen.

Don't just limit it to dog walkers & parents (not the children as well?). Everybody should be wearing hi-viz even in town especially where the council have put in these new LED street lights that barely cast a gloom over things.
