    Just wondering who to use for a home report? Any advice I would be great full.

    Used them our luck they seemed picky which turnoff buyers even tho guarantees or certificates were in place but doesn't seem much choice here

    i'd rather the home report was done by someone who was picky than buy & move into a house that has issues needing addressing however minor. Besides, if the home report writer gets it wrong, it's his neck and reputation on the line so let him be picky and save yourself any future hassle.
