    Default Council Garages

    Morning all
Can anyone tell me how much the Council charge to rent one of their garages in Thurso these days?

Hmmm....I wonder.....perhaps someone at the Council might know if you contact them.

Maybe you can also check with them what time Tesco opens as well.

Hmm, why didn't I think of calling them eh???
    Silly me.

oh yes of course I called them however all you get from the website is a centralised number and they will not tell you the costs, they asked me to apply for a garage and they will tell me the costs if one gets allocated to me.
I really cannot be bothered to fill out an application form etc just to find out the cost of a garage, therefore thought this forum may be a good place to ask.

They can be handy, but don't represent good value for money.

I'm about the same, £140 or so every 3 months.

Pentland are at least allocating garages just now, the council are not and have not been for some time.
