    NO - NO - NO... gaza you might find drivers make progress, some might even go faster. Surely part of the fun of driving in suburbia is that you never know who's going to step out from behind that parked car while you slalom from one curb to the other.

    I wonder, If you hit an illegally parked car who is in the wrong. You for hitting it or the car owner for illegally parking?
