Default SNP MP Now charged with Fraud

Took them a while but Westminster SNP MP Natalie McGarry is now charged by police in connection with alleged fraud offences. Glasgow East MP Natalie McGarry had been under investigation by police after a pro-independence group reported a potential financial discrepancy in its accounts. Ms McGarry, 35, had been one of the 56 SNP MPs elected in last May's general election... dear oh dear
(No Link but it's all over the news) Bit More: "Ms McGarry's lawyer, Aamer Anwar, told BBC Scotland that the MP had voluntarily attended Govan police station on Tuesday morning.Mr Anwar added: "Following an interview she was charged with several alleged offences, including embezzlement of funds, breach of trust and an offence under the Scottish Independence Referendum Act 2013.

Aye all over the news as you'd expect, but although charged she's innocent until proved guilty.

And much more apparently, according to recent allegations.....

I hope that the irony is not lost in regards to all the bad things Wee Krankie said about Donald Trump, when now she has someone alleged to have done worse in her own party, was her "mentor", "led" Scotland for some time, and nearly dragged us out of the UK.

Having breathalysed myself, I am somewhat relieved to find that I am indeed sober. Though I am considering "taking a swally" to see if it helps interpret the spelling, grammar and punctuation in the post above.

The ship that appears to be sinking at the moment, is the SS Salmond. Just a few years ago, the flagship of the SNP fleet, but reduced to a rusting hulk, languishing in a Russian TV studio in a remarkably short space of time. Now it looks like it is about to slip beneath the waves for the last time.

As for being dragged out (up?) of the UK, you are right. I should tell myself the truth. The truth was that we voted to stay. By a margin of 45% to 55%. So you are right, we would not have been dragged out of the UK - We voted not to leave the UK. With hindsight, its a good job that we did. Imagine the political landscape now with Salmond, the alleged sex pest at the helm.

And Salmond is now crowd funding because he doesn't want to pay for his own court action against the Scottish Government that he once led! I guess the Russians didn't pay him enough, poor soul while meantime, poor folk can't even get legal aid a lot of the time. I did not think that my opinion of him could sink any lower but it just has.

Is the alleged sex pest still on the loose, or has he been suitably rounded up?
