    Default Martial arts and dance

OK I'd like a run down on what things are available in the wick area.
What kind of martial arts classes are there and what type of dance classes? Is there any ballroom, salsa etc?
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

    Well,
When i have time i run MMA classes, mostly thai boxing, BJJ and clinch work, along with a systema (Russian Martial Arts) class and a hatha yoga class.

At the moment it mainly private lessons i am giving due to time contraints but i am hoping my schedule will clear in July and i will set up more regular classes for the above.
