    Default Told to behave

Alfresco meal argument lands lands worker in court

Mark Kenna, 40, didn't take kindly when asked to move on, with the take-away meal he was consuming in a Thurso alleyway.

It led to an argument with the owner of the property, and the police were summoned, Wick Sheriff Court heard yesterday.

Kenna, of 26 Greenwood Park, Edenderry, Offaly, Eire, admitted threatening or abusive behaviour, in Thurso on Monday, when he appeared from custody..

Sentence was deferred until October 28 to allow him to demonstrate he can behave.

The accused is currently engaged on a short-term contract in the town.
