    Do anyone know if you have to fill out forms as in down Inverness way for using a van or trailer to take waste to the council waste disposal site?

    we took a trailer load of stuff last week and didn't need to fill anything out. I think it is only if you have a trade name on van they will charge. give the council a ring or pop into Thurso or Wick office and ask them

    No its only Inverness, Dingwall and Alness that it applies to at the moment although will happen in Wick/Thurso eventually.
