Good wishes extended by sheriff on behalf of the court

A WARM welcome was extended to new Wick fiscal Fraser Matheson on his first court sitting, today.

Sheriff Andrew Berry said his good wishes were shared by the sheriff clerk's office and all who worked at the court.

Mr Matheson, who previously worked at Inverness Sheriff Court, thanked the sheriff for "his kind words". He said he looked forward to discharging his duties and expressed the hope that his time at Wick would be productive.
