Default £347 million underspend by SNP 2014/15

So the figures are in and with yet another astonishing underspend surely the SNP have to stop blethering about how much they need when it's found out they've underspent their budget by £347 million.

Why are they allowed to get away with this, and still keep chuntering on about Westminster and austerity?

Perhaps it is but you can't complain about being short of money then have a massive underspend.

No need for the poorly written articles thanks quite amusing how the chap tries equating this years £347 million underspend as a budget surplus he needs to go back to economics school and learn what a budgetary surplus actually is.

Let's us not forget last years £444 million underspend but the howls of outrage when the funding was cut by £107 million.

Not spending the allocated funds and calling foul that you're being starved of cash while failing to properly fund various public bodies is not a surplus it's an underspend. Where do you find these articles.

A made up example ....SNP followers mentality we spent £17 million less than we should on Education wowser look everyone we have a budgetary surplus, Westminster shame on you for starving our education system by not giving us enough money.

Do you ever actually read articles, or just look at the pictures? You have a cheek to claim "poorly written articles" then go on to link thread after thread to the "gutter press" where you get all your dirt on the SNP.

Have you ever actually budgeted on a fixed income? Do you know to the last penny what everything in your life will cost over the coming year?

Do you honestly believe the government should spend every last penny on everything ongoing and have nothing left for emergencies? You are the very one who would be outraged if some emergency developed and the government had no funds to rectify it. (but would love that of course)

Even the previous SLab government had a budget surplus every year. Didn't hear all this outcry then! At least we don't pay it back to our masters down south any more!
