    Once again Police Scotland is under fire after another case of a call not being forwarded ends in tragic results.

    Michael Matheson was asked 5 times if, as Justice Sec, he should carry the can for Police Scotland failings.


    Refuses to answer.

    Another tragedy created by the farce that is Police Scotland caused by unnecessary meddling with the Police by the SNP creating an unwieldy behemoth that is now routinely pulled up for its institutional incompetence.
