    Driver released on bail after court appearance

    A GERMAN driver is facing a charge of dangerous driving.

    Ioannis Karanatsios made no plea or declaration when he appeared from custody, in private at Wick Sheriff Court today. The 54-year-old was released on bail, pending further inquiry.

    The charge relates to an offence near Mey, on Friday.
