Message to ex-partner alleged to have read -"You die"

AN Inverness man has been accused of sending his former partner a death threat message.
James Robbie, 50, denied the charge when he appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court and will stand trial on October 1.
The message is claimed to have accompanied a calendar dispatched from a house in Thurso, on August 20, and is alleged to have read -"You die".
Robbie, of 108 Larel Avenue, Inverness, was remanded in custody pending his trial.
IN a separate case, James Gunn from Wick appeared on petition in private charged with historic allegations of assault and sexual offences.
The 52-year-old was remanded in custody following his brief appearance, pending further inquiry.
