    No doubt in her eyes it will be Westminster's fault somehow. lol. Although it is no laughing matter in reality.

    100% the fault of government...the mess will be sorted out but it will take time and organisations on the ground will be in no mans land until funds are restored, government can bail them out but what does this say about scotlands reputation towards managing EU funds. Clear case of taking their eye of the ball
