Very interesting reading that, I was'nt aware we had the hydrogen bomb I must admit. I know yesterday was Victory Over Japan day, but with the best will in the world it has never sat comfortably with me what happened to the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I understand the reasoning behind the bombs being dropped, but just as all Germans were not Nazi's, all Japanese were not in the military. Having said that, I agree, a nuclear deterrent is an absolute must. I just cannot get my head round somebody inventing a bomb x amount of times more powerful than the Atomic Bomb, especially after seeing what it did to those two cities.
