OK.....firstly nothing wrong with the "vision"........The First Minister set out her "vision" insisting she hoped the Government-backed initiative to encourage Scots firms to phase out zero-hours contracts, employ more women and pay a living wage of £7.85-an-hour would be a “badge of pride” for firms. Secondly just 63 firms out of the 335,015 private sector enterprises operating in Scotland have agreed to sign up : not defending her...but thats not her fault.....thirdly maybe her advisors should have told her that the economy aint doing that great, so £7.85 is out, unless they legislate against them, zero hours contracts aint going anywhere, employing more women...I didnt realise this was a problem ??
SO yes a lot of "good" rhetoric....now do they blame the 335,015 - 60 private sector companies, for not engaging in "the vision"? Is scottish companies at fault here usually its westminsters fault....so who do they play the blame game with ?
