Its been six years today since giving up smoking after being a dedicated smoker for over forty years, I almost forgot.

Well done, I am on my 16th year of being smoke free, never regretted it.

I gave up strangling budgies 17 years ago and I have to live with the regret every day.
I think that makes me a better person than either of you.
