    In the midst of all the election squabbling it was so nice to visit Wick yesterday and get excellent friendly service from local shops. To name but one, since he is an orger so will see this, Birons could not be more helpful, ordering specially for me and so pleasant and welcoming. What a contrast to big city shops, it makes all the difference.
    The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
