    Default Pickling for Real Men

Peel 10 garlic bunches into ~120 cloves and pickle with 10 dried chillies in malt vinegar. Leave for 6 weeks.

Yum yum!! especially if done as party food on a cocktail stick with a lump of strong cheese.

Eggs can be done as well with equal success.

Anybody got other ideas for pickling?

    I'm likin' a man in a pickle!

Garlic, if young..or pickled in the remotest whiff of copper
utensils, will turn a very 'butch' shade of blue.

    Not to be sniffed at!

I must have pressed the wrong button... for a moment there, it was pickled kittens! Surely the polls are closed and we don't have to talk in sanskrit no more!
