    An insight into the work of the Lord Lieutenant and CAB

    EVER wonder what the post of Lord Lieutenant entails?...now's your chance to find out.
    Anne Dunnett, is giving a talk on her work as the Queen's leading representative in Caithness, at 7.30pm, in the Heron Room, of Wick's Norseman Hotel, tomorrow night.
    You can also get an insight into the service your local Citizens Advice Bureau provides for the community, in a further address, by its manager, Jill Smith.
    Tea or coffee and shortbread will be served and the admission is £2. The talks are being hosted by Caithness Heart Support Group.
