You just spoiled our big encore.

We were gonna have a big multi band jam session to Chelsea Dagger followed by Sweet Home Alabama and Brown Eyed Girl but since you've spoiled it we'll probably have to play something else now...

Oops! Dinnae worry, footballers have the attention span of a goldfish anyway - they'll have forgotten (if they're reading this) by the time the encore comes swinging round. Therefore I suggest playing We Have A Dream - the Scotland squads 1982 World Cup song for Spain. It's a classic. You could do the John Gordon-Sinclair narration... You know you want to.

I, obviously, hope you're kidding about the audience-pandering SWA and BEG 'jigs'? Sweet Home Staxigoe or Brown Yakked Wummen has a better ring to it.

Joking? Why would we joke about such classics? We're hoping to follow up with an encore of Mustang Sally... or maybe i'll just cut my throat now!
