My Favorite
1 Large ciabatta roll
Couple decent sized minute steaks or rump ( hammered thin)
sprig Rosemary fresh
Onion sliced
Mustard of your choice
Olive oil
Warm ciabatta in oven
Smother steaks in olive oil, sprinkle on generous amount of rosemary and place on frying pan or Foreman grill ( lot better) along with onions until cooked, keep all juices for later.
Slice ciabatta through middle, light spread of mustard.
Trim all fat off steak onced cooked and trim to fit ciabatta.
place steak, onions on ciabatta and pour over some of the juices over meat, slice ciabatta in to three or four small rolls.
Sit back and enjoy, messy yes, tasty yes
