I find that if somebody gives a bad review of customer service without giving their name then they have something to hide. And if the service is that bad, then why did they not complain to the management at the time rather than hide behind an anonymous review

it should not be the fact no name given but look at what the comment was and see how I can improve on it.
perhaps they do not want to get involved in your petty comments.
