Banned from Wick pending February trial

A MAN and a woman from Greenock have been accused of assaulting assistants in a Wick shop.
Jordon Cunningham, 21, and 20-year-old Florence Carroll appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court, yesterday.
Both deny having repeatedly punching Rehan Amin and Youness Amin. The pair also pleaded not guilty to shouting and swearing and uttering threats.The incidents are said to have occurred at the Keystore Express shop, in Bridge Street, Wick, on Wednesday.
Cunningham, of 41 Argyle St, and Carroll, who lives at 54 Prospecthill Court, both Greenock, were granted bail with a condition banning them from Wick, pending their trial on February 5. Cunningham was said to have just finished a work contract in the town.
