A HOODED thief who made off with a mountain bike in Thurso was caught on CCTV.
Police have a detailed description of him from the footage as he made off with the silver Townsend cycle from outside an address in Riverside Terrace, late last Tuesday night.
The thief is about 5ft 8 in height, medium to stocky build and was wearing a dark colour trackie type top or coat with distinctive red panels across the chest and back. His hood was up at the time. The thief was also wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms with pale stripes.
