    Default Clive Carroll

Clive Carroll is a guitarist described as a genious who is equally at home in every style of music from Chuck Berry to Bach and he is appearing at the Lighthouse on the 1st April. If anyone would like to hear him, PM me.

    Thumbs up

For any one who has never been to one of the performances at the Lighthouse I can thoroughly recommend going. I do whenever I can though unfortunately won't make it this time.

The atmosphere is great, the music is great and the hosts - well what can I say!

Seriously, this makes for a great night out for good music lovers.

Most will be unaware of Carroll; however, he is one of the finest six-stringers around. Well worth checking out.

A ferry to Mull, on the bus for about 2 hours, another ferry to Oban then 4 hours to Glasgow. Gosh, I could get there faster flying from Toronto. Oh, well, maybe another time.

Canuck - it would have been worth it - believe me. We had an immense evening, even stopping for our tea en route at the Dunnet Sands Hotel.

Clive Carroll is fantastic at what he does & is also a bit of a "comic" & all-round entertainer.

G2 & Chobbers "were no' bad either"
