Hi there. I'm very interested in acquiring a copy of this book, and found a reference to Mr Young's address on the web a few days ago. Alas, I stupidly forgot to make a note of it, and now cannot find it again.

Does anyone know if Mr Young will sell copies directly, and have a contact address for him?
