Whilst I think that having ex professional athletes doing the television presenting is a wonderful idea and I am always fascinated by the insights they bring to the sports I'm beginning to wonder what the point of the likes of Clare Balding and Helen Skelton ( could be wrong about the surname ) are. I always assumed it was due to their extensive knowledge of sport but after watching the one show it turns out they have a big book stuffed with facts. I say it's about time we had decent presenters who know the sport not talking heads who know nothing and are just irritating with their constant me me me behaviour.

Sorry but totally disagree.Think they are excellent at their jobs and remember they are covering a vast range of sports.who do you think would do a better job?
