Default Police appeal after school incident

Driver thought to have spoken to children

Wick police want to trace the driver of a black motor vehicle, which was in the vicinity of the North Primary School construction site on Girnigoe Street about 1800 hours, on Saturday.
It is believed that a male within the vehicle spoke to some children, who were playing in the area at the time. It is further believed that the male, and another companion of his who got into the passenger side of the vehicle at the time, may be able to help police with inquiries in relation to an incident that occurred.
Anyone with any information please contact Police Scotland on telephone number 101. Alternatively they can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at Crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
